The Rigid Air Barriers on our panels improve weathertightness and negate the thermal and moisture bridging of ventilated cavity systems that can occur with flexible wraps.
SAVE TIME & COSTS
Weathertight and lockable buildings faster as the preparation work for cladding and exterior joinery is completed concurrently with foundation and floor progress. This means exterior joinery, insulation, pre-wire/pipe-outs, interior linings are underway much earlier in the project schedule. Council approved interior progress without completing any exterior cladding.
SUSTAINABLE
All we do is panels and this means we can re-use and recylce materials that might otherwise be thrown out on a traditional consturction site. We estimate our waste to less than half that of on-site operations. This is important given that the construction and demolition industries contribute 40-50% of New Zealand’s waste going to landfills.
Once completed, the thermal blanket approach of our panels reduces heating costs and energy use.

EASY TO INSTALL
No specialist knowledge is required. All panels and interior walls are stacked in the correct order for standing and bracing (starting furthest from the delivery/access point). All panel and connections to the floor and roof structure are as per NZ building codes and standard carpentry practice.

There are no design restrictions on our panels. Each panel is custom-made to suit your unique building design.
QUALITY YOU CAN LEAN ON
The factory-fitted rigid air barrier used on our panels operates as structural consented bracing, reducing gib bracing requirements. Our factory follows strict quality assurance processes in a controlled indoor environment with a proven council compliance pathway.
